In 2002, I got into a car accident because of a tire blow out. It was a bad wreck, but luckily, by the grace of God, no one was injured. Ever since then it's been my goal to provide the most accurate information on off road tires so you can make educated decisions on your next purchase.

When I'm not working on this website, I read truck magazines and do a little off roading myself. It's more of a hobby than anything. Being a Texas native, I like to enjoy my barbeque and shoot the breeze with my friends about truck stuff.

Tip of the day:

If you get stuck in the mud, don't continue to spin the wheels in hopes of getting unstuck. Find rocks or gravel and put it near the wheel and try to rock the car out by pressing gently on the gas, then releasing.
